The School Site Council (SSC) is a group of people, selected by their peers or self-selected, to represent parents, teachers, other staff, and students in high schools. The principal, Shavon Roberts, is also a member of the SSC. School Site Council is important because its purpose is to be a committee that champions for equity, by caring for our students and families with the highest needs. To do this, the SSC's primary responsibilities are to develop the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and develop a comprehensive School Safety Plan.
